Additional Camper/RV Information & Rules
- Each lot includes 2 adults and all your kids or grandkids 18 and under
- Most lots have a cement pad
- 30 AMP (metered) electric
- 50AMP (metered) electric (annual fee applies)
- City water
- A fire ring
- A picnic table
- Camper Unit/RV must have a title
- Camper Unit/RV must have insurance on file with the office
- Camper Unit/RV must be less than 25 years old
- Decks and sheds must be okayed by management.
- Sewer pick up is not available on holiday weekends
Additional Golf Cart Information & Rules
- Electric golf carts only.
- Drivers must be age 21+
- Golf carts require proof of insurance on file with office
